For each session the result holds a zone (the highest high and lowest low of its bars so far,
active only while it runs) and the finished high and low of its last session, shown from the
bar after it ends until the same session ends again. Each session's hours and time zone are
their own settings. time_open is in nanoseconds (UTC).
