Indicator: Average daily range
A trading day starts at day_boundary ("17:00 America/New_York"). Every bar of a day carries
the average of the days before it, so a day's own range is used from the next day on. The
first day in the data is not counted, because the data may start inside it. A day with a
missing high or low has no range, and the averages that hold it have no value.
forge.ta.ADR(**inputs: Any) -> NoneThe average high to low range of recent trading days.
