Your code and your data
In short
- Your code and results are yours.
- Oathra staff open published code only to review a report, and each view is recorded.
- Oathra does not train AI models on your code or results.
- You can take your work with you.
You own your code
Your strategies, indicators and libraries, their settings and their results are yours. Oathra claims no ownership of them, and will not trade, publish or sell them, or use them to build its own.
Who at Oathra can read it
Private code appears in no Oathra staff screen. Oathra administrators open published code only while reviewing a report about it, and each time it is recorded in your access log. An export of your account made for a legal request is recorded there too.
| What | Who can see it |
|---|---|
| A private script | You |
| An open script | Anyone on Forge can run it and read the code |
| A protected script | Anyone on Forge can run it, and only you read the code |
| An unlisted script | Anyone with the link can run it and read the code |
| Your runs and results | You, unless you attach a copy to a forum post |
No AI training on it
Oathra does not train AI models on your code or your results, and there is no setting that turns it on. When you use an AI feature in Forge, the code or question you send goes to the AI provider that answers it.
What happens when you leave
When you delete your account, your personal data is deleted after a grace period, and the scripts you published keep working for the people who already use them. The details are on the data and deletion page.
Export your work
You can download your code, versions, runs and results whenever you like, from your developer settings.
