Content licence
In short
- Oathra may host, run and show what you publish, only to operate Forge.
- Other people may use it inside Forge.
- Outside Forge, the licence you chose decides.
- Private code gives nobody any permission.
Two layers
What you publish carries two permissions. The first is what you allow Oathra, so Forge can run and show your work. The second is what you allow other people, and that is the licence you chose when you published.
What you allow Oathra
You give Oathra a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, store, copy, run and display what you publish. It is only to operate Forge and to show your work to people inside Forge.
The permission ends when you unpublish or delete the work. Versions that people already use keep running for them.
Oathra may not sell your code, license it to anyone else, or use it to build its own strategies. This is narrower than a permanent, irrevocable licence.
What you allow other Forge users
Other people may run and view your published script inside Forge. For an open script they may also read the code and use it outside Forge under the licence you chose. Protected and unlisted scripts keep all rights.
Private code
Nobody else gets any permission over code you keep private. Forge runs it only for you.
