Data and deletion
In short
- You can download your Forge work.
- Deleting your account is final after a grace period.
- Scripts you published keep working for people who already use them.
- You can ask for leftover personal data to be deleted.
Export your work
You can download a file with your Forge strategies, indicators, their versions, runs, results and settings from your developer settings. It never includes market data. A copy of everything else Oathra holds about you is explained in the privacy policy.
Deleting your account
You delete your account from the Danger zone in Oathra's settings. You have 14 days to change your mind. After that, your personal data is deleted.
What happens to what you published
Scripts you published keep working for the people who already use them. They leave the library listing and are no longer linked to your account. Their address keeps the name they were published under.
Asking for leftover data to be deleted
If you think Oathra still holds personal data about you after your account is deleted, you can ask for it to be deleted. Oathra answers within 30 days.
You can also write to support@oathra.com.
Records kept to detect abuse
Records made to detect abuse, such as a script hitting its limits, are kept for 30 days, apart from your code and results.
Records kept after you leave
A record of actions on your Forge account, such as runs, publishes and staff views, is kept with your name removed. Decisions about reports are kept as a legal record.
