seed="mt5_raw" starts from the raw first bar (ha_open = open, ha_close = close, the
way MetaTrader 5 does). seed="textbook" starts from ha_close = (o + h + l + c) / 4 and
ha_open = (open + close) / 2. No warm-up: a value exists on every bar that has all four
prices.
