Forge API 1
The Forge language level (contract C2; 02 LANG-005, 04 IND-028).
Every strategy and indicator file starts with ``FORGE_API = 1``. A missing, unknown or malformed level is refused, never read as "the oldest" (Pine's silent default is the trap this avoids). Written by the pre-session (2026-09-29) and frozen.
