stable_fields

The fields a run's snapshot keeps, by section, in the order the snapshot writes them.

The engine's own numbering (trade, fill and order ids, and the flags map) is not stable between versions of the engine and is left out. refusals is each refusal's name and count, sorted by name, and end_reason is one value.
