normalize_timeframe

A timeframe in C1's spelling: M7, H4, D1, W1, MN1.

7m, 90m, 4h, 3D and the like are accepted and converted; weeks and months come one at a time (1W, 1M). Anything else is ValueError("data_invalid: ...").
