strategy_conflict
What happened
Every strategy has a revision, and an update names the revision it was made from. If the strategy has moved on since, the save is refused with 409 and this code, and nothing is overwritten. The reply holds the newer copy in strategy.
What to do
Read the newer copy, apply your change to it and save again with its revision. The sample shows only part of strategy.
