What happened
Two places return this today. Uploading a custom indicator, or one more version of one, past your limit answers 429 with limit, used and scope. Starting another indicator conversion chat while you have the most unfinished chats allowed answers 429 with limit and used. Run requests no longer return it: credits replaced the monthly request quota, so a run you cannot afford is insufficient_credits.
What to do
Delete an indicator or a version you no longer need, or finish or discard an unfinished chat, then try again. The limits are the Custom indicators and Versions per indicator rows on the Limits page.
