part_plan_inconsistent
What happened
An upload declares its size, the size of each part and the number of parts. The number must be exactly the file size divided by the part size, rounded up. Otherwise a client could store far more than the size it declared, so the request is refused with 400.
What to do
This comes from a client that computed the plan wrongly. Use the upload screen, or fix the plan: the number of parts is the file size divided by the part size, rounded up.
