max_agents
What happened
Asking for a new pairing code while you are at the limit is refused with 409 and this code. Revoked machines do not count.
What to do
Revoke a machine you no longer use from the Engine page in the web app, then pair again. The limit is the Local agents per account row on the Limits page.
