forge_api_unsupported

What happened#

A file declares the Forge API level it was written for with a FORGE_API line. When the engine that runs it does not support that level, the script is refused before it runs.

What to do#

Set FORGE_API to a level the engine supports. The supported levels are listed on Versions and the Forge API.
