devcode_import_cooldown
What happened
Loading a file takes a limited time. Three load timeouts in a row pause every run and check that uses your own code for a while, so a file that never loads cannot keep taking machines. Other runs are not affected. The reply carries locked_until.
What to do
Wait until the time in locked_until. Then look at what your file does while it is being loaded, outside any function, and keep that short.
