dataset_quality_rejected

What happened#

Every dataset is measured when it is processed. One whose measure is a reject cannot be run on, because the run's numbers would not mean anything. The run is refused with 409 before it is queued, and symbols lists each symbol with its quality score.

What to do#

Open the dataset's quality report, and replace the data with a cleaner file for that symbol.
