LINT_NEGATIVE_SHIFT

CompileSeen in: The editor

What happened

.shift() with a negative number pulls values back in time, so each bar reads a bar that had not happened yet.

What to do

Shift by a number of bars back, 0 or more.

Example

text
strategy.py, line 18: `.shift(-1)` moves a later bar's value onto an earlier bar. Use a number of bars back, 0 or more. [LINT_NEGATIVE_SHIFT]
