What happened

None of this run's instruments has a broker time offset that Forge can work out on its own. Before a run starts, the engine settles every setting it depends on, and a setting that cannot be settled ends the run with this code without testing anything. The engine's own text is in detail.reason.

What to do

Set the broker time offset by hand in Execution, or use instruments ingested with a known time zone.
