What happened

This run's instruments were measured on broker clocks more than an hour apart, so one time offset cannot serve them all. Before a run starts, the engine settles every setting it depends on, and a setting that cannot be settled ends the run with this code without testing anything. The engine's own text is in detail.reason.

What to do

Set the broker time offset by hand in Execution, or test these instruments separately.
