TRIX: the one-bar change of a triple smoothed EMA, as a fraction and not a percent.

The three stages start from the first value, from stage 1 at bar ``period - 1`` and from stage
2 at bar ``2 * (period - 1)``, as MetaTrader 5 does. The first value is on bar
``max(3 * period - 3, 1)``. A previous value of 0 leaves the bar empty.

E1 = EMA(source, period), E2 = EMA(E1, period), E3 = EMA(E2, period)

TRIX = (E3[i] - E3[i-1]) / E3[i-1], a fraction and not a percent

E2 starts at bar period - 1 and E3 at bar 2 * (period - 1).
