# forge.ta.pivot_points

```python
forge.ta.pivot_points(open: ArrayLike, high: ArrayLike, low: ArrayLike, close: ArrayLike, time_open: ArrayLike, kind: str = 'standard', period: str = 'D', day_boundary: str = '17:00 America/New_York') -> dict[str, np.ndarray]
```

Pivot points for ``kind`` from the previous ``period`` (``D``, ``W`` or ``M``).

Every bar of a period carries the levels computed from the open (first), high (highest), low
(lowest) and close (last) of the period before it, which is the last earlier one that had bars.
The first period has no value, and neither does a period after one that holds a missing price.
Levels a kind does not define stay NaN. ``time_open`` is in nanoseconds (UTC) and must be in
time order.

Since Forge API 1.
