Inside bar: a bar whose range sits within the previous bar's range. Found: 1.

``high[i] <= high[i-1]`` and ``low[i] >= low[i-1]``, strictly with ``allow_equal`` off.
``in_a_row`` counts the inside bars in a row that end at the bar: 0 on a bar that is not one,
and no value on the first bar.
