DeMarker: pressure from higher highs against lower lows, from 0 to 1.

DeMax is the rise of the high and DeMin the fall of the low, each 0 when it did not move that
way. The result is the simple mean of DeMax over the sum of both means; no movement reads 0.5.
The first value is on bar ``period``.
