Output declarations. Each takes a label; the name is the attribute it is assigned to.

``line`` draws a value in any of the 13 value styles, ``histogram`` draws bars from a base,
``hidden`` is a value a strategy can read that the chart does not draw, and ``state`` is a true
or false value per bar. ``event`` is 1, -1 or 0 per bar, ``marker`` an event drawn as a shape,
``zone`` a box with a top, a bottom and an active flag, and ``bar_color`` and ``background``
paint the chart only (a strategy cannot read them).
