# unexpected_error

The machine hit an error it was not written to expect.

## What happened

Whatever goes wrong while a machine is dispatching a run, and has no code of its own, ends the run with this one. The error's own name and text are in `detail.reason`.

## What to do

Start the run again. If it fails the same way, [contact support](https://oathra.dev//support) with the run's id.
