# rights_not_confirmed

A conversion needs your confirmation that you own the code or may convert it.

## What happened

Converting code from another platform needs a current rights statement, confirmed by you. Without it, starting a conversion chat is refused with 409 and uploading a source file with 400. No AI call is made and nothing is charged.

## What to do

Confirm the rights statement on the conversion screen, using the current version of it, then start again.
