# quota_exhausted

An account allowance is full: custom indicators, their versions, or unfinished indicator chats.

## What happened

Two places return this today. Uploading a custom indicator, or one more version of one, past your limit answers 429 with `limit`, `used` and `scope`. Starting another indicator conversion chat while you have the most unfinished chats allowed answers 429 with `limit` and `used`. Run requests no longer return it: credits replaced the monthly request quota, so a run you cannot afford is `insufficient_credits`.

## What to do

Delete an indicator or a version you no longer need, or finish or discard an unfinished chat, then try again. The limits are the Custom indicators and Versions per indicator rows on the [Limits](https://oathra.dev//docs/limits) page.
