# insufficient_credits

There are not enough credits to hold what this run or upload needs.

## What happened

A hosted run or an upload holds credits before it starts. When your balance cannot cover even the first hold, the request is refused with 402 and nothing is queued. The reply carries `available` and `required`.

## What to do

Add credits or wait for your monthly credits, or make the work smaller. A run that does not fit under your monthly spending cap is a different code, `spend_cap_reached`.
