# forge_api_unsupported

The script targets a Forge API level this engine does not support.

## What happened

A file declares the Forge API level it was written for with a `FORGE_API` line. When the engine that runs it does not support that level, the script is refused before it runs.

## What to do

Set `FORGE_API` to a level the engine supports. The supported levels are listed on [Versions and the Forge API](https://oathra.dev//docs/concepts/versions-and-forge-api).
