# combo_cap_exceeded

The run asks for more combinations than one run may test.

## What happened

Before it tests anything, the machine counts the combinations your settings and ranges produce. When the count is over the cap for one request, it ends the run with this code and says how many it would have produced. This is the error of a run that failed, not an answer to the request that started it.

## What to do

Narrow the ranges or fix some settings to one value, then start the run again. The cap is the Runs in one request row on the [Limits](https://oathra.dev//docs/limits) page.
