Forge has no exchange rate to convert an instrument into the account currency.

## What happened

Forge could not find the exchange rate it needs to convert one of this run's instruments into the account currency. Before a run starts, the engine settles every setting it depends on, and a setting that cannot be settled ends the run with this code without testing anything. The engine's own text is in `detail.reason`.

## What to do

Choose an account currency that matches the instrument, or wait for that rate to be ingested.
