## What happened

The calendar this run points to does not match anything on file. Before a run starts, the engine settles every setting it depends on, and a setting that cannot be settled ends the run with this code without testing anything. When the calendar is not available to your account, starting the run is refused with 403 and the same code. The engine's own text is in `detail.reason`.
