The news calendar does not cover the run's full date range.

## What happened

The calendar attached to this run does not cover the run's full date range. Before a run starts, the engine settles every setting it depends on, and a setting that cannot be settled ends the run with this code without testing anything. The engine's own text is in `detail.reason`.

## What to do

Shorten the tested range to fit the calendar, upload a calendar that covers it, or let Forge trim the run to what the calendar covers.
