A setting declaration is invalid: a label, group or inline text over its length, a time zone that is not a zone name, values listed twice, or a range that cannot be built.

## What to do

Change the setting the message names so that it follows the rule it states.

The wording of the message depends on your file, and the code does not. An error stops the file from loading.
