meta or the class docstring is invalid.

## What happened

The strategy's `meta` is not a `fg.Meta(...)`, or its docstring, which is its description, is longer than 4000 characters.

## What to do

Write `meta = fg.Meta(title=..., short=..., tags=[...])`, and keep the docstring under 4000 characters.

The wording of the message depends on your file, and the code does not. An error stops the file from loading.
