A declared asset was not provided with the source.

## What happened

A strategy lists the files it needs, such as a table of values, in `assets`. A listed file that arrives without the source cannot be read.

## What to do

Send the file together with the source, or take it out of `assets`.

## Example

The wording of the message depends on your file, and the code does not. An error stops the file from loading.
